Cardiff Cougars Allstar Cheerleaders

As our name suggests, we are a Cardiff based cheerleading and dance squad.  We have squad members ranging in age from 4 - 25+ and we love performing! 

We have entered many competitions, both in the UK and the USA and are proud to be National and Grand-National Cheerleading Champions. We also won the Sportsmanship award at BCA Regionals in 2007!

We have weekly training sessions for both our Championship squad as well as classes for anyone wanting to take part in Cheerleading. We hold classes in several areas in Cardiff, over different days of the week. Why not come along to any of the classes - details can be found on the Timetables page of this site.

If you have any questions about coming along, feel free to drop us an email and we will be happy to answer any questions you have. You really should come along to one of our classes - its great fun for all ages. Even if you have never done Cheerleading before, you should come along and give it a try - it really is a great deal of fun.

We have great coaches who are fantastic at teaching cheerleading. They are all ex and current cheerleaders so they know all there is to know and have made us the squad we are today!

Don't worry if you do not know anyone yet, by the end of the class you will have made some great new friends, had lots of fun and learned a new skill.....
