Nic is the Head Coach and programme director. CCA also boasts three fantastic coaches Kim, Sian and Rhi. The CCA coaching team regularly hold classes separate from the All-star squad to promote the sport and encourage the growth of cheerleading within our local community.

Nicola J Colmer

Born in 1975, Nic is a graduate with a degree in Fashion Design Technology.
She choreographs the British National Champions, Cardiff Cougars All-stars Cheerleaders.
She studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Modern dance since the age of 5 and started cheerleading at the age of 15.
Nic now enjoys keeping fit with Gymnastics, Tramp, and commercial/Hip hop. She also enjoys skiing, cycling and running.

Nicola gained a place in the National Display Squad (Team Britain) 1998/99, which comprised of the top cheerleaders from all over Britain.

USASF – Credentialing Level 5
NCSSE – Masters Level
NFSHSA – Safety certification in cheerleading

Certificate of completion, World Cheerleading Association
Coaches certificate in cheerleading UKCA, Sugar land Spirit
Fitness Instruction and Sports therapy/rehabilitation
Insured and CRB checked
